He loved bowling, and talking to fellow veterans he loved music, especially Blues. After his retirement from the US Navy, he went to work for the Great Lakes, Illinois VA Hospital where he also retired.
He retired in Illinois after 30 years from the US Navy being a proud retiree.
He was born Januin Grosse Tete, Louisiana to William (Bill) Robertson and Nellie Willis.
